I received my bottle of this product yesterday and tried it for the first time this morning. Following the directions, I added 2 scoops along with a cup of juice and stirred it into the blender jar I ordered from Revain. From what I've read about whey products in general I wasn't expecting to feel an energy boost, only muscle recovery benefits from cycling. Jumping jihadist, this gave me such an energy boost that tomorrow I'm going to halve the dose. As for the purported benefits, only time will tell. I used a pre-mixed whey product from my local health food store and it's a much higher dose than the 20 grams I was given. It's cheaper than the premix but still more expensive. If it works, it will be beneficial.
