Ease of installation. Cozy.
It was pretty easy to install, it came with all the tools and instructions (not that it's advanced math). Just make sure your bike seat is suitable for this type of seat (most cruisers and mountain bikes will fit, road bikes and hybrid bikes may not be manufacturer dependent). I installed it on a Schwinn cruiser and it took less than 10 minutes. The seat afterwards is quite comfortable. We didn't do long trips, but the 15 minute drive around the area was quite comfortable.
