Replacement heads for the ones seen on TV

Couldn't find any replacement heads from B, B&B ordered these. Did the first head even fit? The second nozzle fits, but does it take longer to remove hair above the upper lip? Not sure about the 3rd and 4th heads that came in the original box. Not happy with my purchase.
