I like that they have great customer service and are very easy to work with. They also provide excellent support and guidance for all of your web hosting needs. There aren't any downsides at this time. We've been using them since we started our website back in 2014 and haven't had any issues or complaints. I would highly recommend them! Their customer service is wonderful and their support team is always there when you need them. We use their dedicated servers for our website and it has never once crashed.
