Well I have a long history with these Zink portable photo printers. I received a Polaroid Zip last December. It broke a couple of times and I had to replace it with a Polaroid (great company and they were great at sending me BRAND NEW replacements). I was really fed up with this, so I reached out to HP because I'd heard good things about it. I really wanted to love this printer. But it printed my photos very spotty compared to the zip. I tried reconfiguring and resetting the printer but nothing worked. Then after I printed about 10 images, the printer refused to print. He kept saying I ran out of paper when I actually didn't have any and it got stuck at the "Send to printer" stage and the printer was heating up. I ended up returning it and buying another polaroid zip printer. I wanted to love you HP, I did, but you let me down.
