I have a lot of tart pans in all sizes (can one have too many?) but wanted a 10-in. Pros: This is a classic tart pan with removable bottom for a very good price. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It’s very sturdy and easy to clean. Cons: Depth is exactly 1-in, not the 1.2 inches in the specs so it is a bit shallow., which is why I rated 4 stars.Overall I’m very satisfied with the seller and product
