The name of these bags is a bit misleading. But firstly, size aside, they are exactly what I wanted. An inexpensive, easy option, some To cover tires for storage. The dimensions in the header led me to believe they would fit 31" tires, but those dimensions are just 2D length * width. My tires barely fit in without tearing (one broke) and cannot fully close around the tires, they must sell them with numbers that indicate the size of tires they can fit.
