Review on ReForce by Jodi Tisdale

I like how simple it was for my customers, who had no idea what they were doing before using this software! It allowed them to easily give me their thoughts about our service in just seconds without having any knowledge whatsoever regarding reviews/feedback. The only thing i dislike is when there are too many options because sometimes you don't know which one works best with someones needs (like if its an old computer). Give everyone access so we can all use at once instead of asking each person individually. We now have more accurate data compared to other companies out there- especially since most dont require us to pay extra money per month as well anymore than paying normal fees would cost anyways.
