This product has worked very well and allowed me to quickly and easily clear a pile of leaves in my pool. I like devices like this one with wheels on the bottom. I bought this item and it broke shortly after use. I called customer service and they fixed the problem quickly and easily and sent a new unit. This is the 3rd item of this type that I have bought from 3 different manufacturers. All 3 devices of this type collapsed at the point where the hose connected to the device. This is because traditional hose clamps over-tighten the plastic joint under normal use, causing the connectors to break. Therefore, when using the product, I recommend securing the garden hose to the aluminum bracket next to the device with a cable tie to prevent it from breaking. Be sure to leave some slack under the strut to minimize stress on the connecting fitting.
