So if your faucet base (where this thing mounts) is primarily horizontal, this part is NOT for you. I have it and now the flow always shoots towards the back of the sink (see attached image). There is no description what kind of base it fits. This is for the base of the faucet pointing slightly up, I'm thinking maybe at a 30 degree angle? The water runs off directly under the spout. It appears to be of acceptable quality, easy to install and works well, but in my case it just points too far back. My box is gone so I will keep it because it works and my other one was broken until I find another model that will do this. I'm still thinking about buying a new faucet.
