These are great ankle braces for everyday use, especially if you have an injury in both legs. I need to change braces or use them at the same time. I found the size to match my shoe size and they fit well without being overly restrictive or uncomfortable. They are machine washable when you wear them in hot weather or when you exercise. The only downside I found is that the neoprene material is quite warm and gets hot easily inside. It's probably not the wisest choice for summer and would work any other time of year.
