I've spent an incredible amount of time getting this to work. I ended up having to contact the seller through Amazon and they helped as best they could but the item wasn't ready for prime time. I wanted it to play videos of baby monkeys away from my computer screen. All the videos had to be reformatted to fit the screen, some ungodly formats I think 320x240 or smaller. The device also had an orientation. They had top, bottom and two sides. portrait. This was problematic as all the videos are in landscape mode. Format changer software was not included with the machine. The seller agreed to collect it and credit my card.
