Terrible Taste, Just Drink Water

This hydration powder is simply awful. As my tests showed, it doesn`t mix well and tastes like chemicals in water .I didn't feel as hydrated as I do with other brands, and it left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. The only pro is that it does come in a large, affordable container. Overall I wouldn't RECOMMEND this to anyone looking to improve their hydration and prefer to stick to water for my Health and Household needs..
