Just something to think about - you ring an indoor cat so other pets will hear its approach and be less afraid. However, the collar is cute. and reliable (takes off when cat gets hooked but not every time cat scratches or moves) but those are the only positives. The paint on the bell came off within a few days, leaving it silvery. Paw embroidery and light colored collar edges tear easily after a week of normal use. I had to trim it down with nail scissors and then apply clear nail polish all over the collar to keep it from tearing and unraveling. For the money I expected a longer shelf life.
