Update June 21: It has been a few days since I contacted the customer service contact listed on the box. The 12 hour service offered in this ad is a scam as I still haven't received a reply from them a few days later. I downgraded my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars due to the original quality of the product and now due to the poor customer service which is not up to par. Yes, you want 3 packs! The first will teach you how to install and what you probably haven't cleared all the lint/dust from the screen. The second is for your real install and the third is a backup or for another screen (like I used). Yes, I would buy again, although I'm a little sad I have to buy again. As seen in the photo, there is a part that doesn't stay attached, leaving a white mark (not a small mark near the camera, which is probably dust). The screen has been cleaned several times and had a previously applied protection (my test first). Recommended, but with reservations. With any screen protector, make sure you clean the screen thoroughly and remove any dust particles or you will get smudges.
