Low-cut, breathable, pointed-toe sneakers are the most comfortable for kids.
I wish Keane had half sizes, or we knew one size up or down. Pointed shoes used to be a bit big, but now they run a little smaller. My grandson loves the breathable low-rise sneakers. I would say for this shoe if your child is a half size go up a size.
