We finally threw away our always on hot water dispenser because it was falling apart inside and out. Replacements are expensive so we went old school. It looked like it had all the features we wanted and a very good price. After a month of use, we could not find any problems. It boils water fast, so fast that we stop using the constant temperature function and just boil more water when we need it. The only downside is the mentioned constant temperature function: It takes almost as long to set up as it does to heat up fresh water for two cups. If it breaks I would replace it with the same model.
