All members of my family drink coffee every day. Some drink it hot, others like it on ice. We use Kerig. The price of K-Cups was damn close to leaving us in a poor house. This grinder solved that problem for us. I now buy whole beans. This mill works like a dream. It's very easy to use. It has a large cup for beans and the blades evenly grind the coffee to your liking, from coarse to fine. It sands in seconds and is also very easy to clean with the included double-ended brush. We just wipe it off and it's ready for the next person. We grind on the go so the coffee is always that fresh and tastes so much better than in pre-packaged pods. I think they should change the name from Quellence to Eloquent because of how easy it is to use and how GREAT the freshly ground coffee tastes.
