first let me say i ordered two of these. I am a wedding photographer offering photos and videos for my couples. I figured that having continuous lighting during reception would improve video production. I got tired of seeing recycled flares in my video and was really experimenting with different ways to fix them. So it seemed like a great idea, especially since they also offer a rechargeable battery in addition to the power cable. Well, I used them and immediately the power cord just didn't work for one of them. I love light very much. They are bright and really filled the dark room I was filming in. But the lack of a power cord for one of them left me relying on battery life. Which brings me to my next concern - the battery life is probably only two hours with all four batteries. Disappointing to say the least. They work great for quick deployment. Rather not in the long term. I also contacted the company for a new power cord instead of just sending in the whole system because I'm still perfectly happy with the light and they asked for proof that it didn't work. I'm confused. It was within 30 days so I had to return the whole thing but figured I'd just buy a new power cord. So you get 1 star for terrible customer service and battery life.
