I have a true heavy flow. These pads do not absorb well at all on the heaviest days of my cycle. I have experienced leaks even when the pad is no where near full because the blood pools in the center. Or if I have a heavier gush, it spills right off the pad and onto my clothes.Unless I find something that works better, I will go back to using the Always Extra Heavy Overnight size 5 for my heavy days. It wasn’t perfect, but I don’t think I had so many leaks within 1-2 hours.It’s a shame that disposable period products in general have truly become inferior over the years. On most heavy days, I am afraid to leave the house except to run short errands because I don’t trust that they’ll protect me from leaks and spillage.
