I like that we can have multiple price tiers to our product for different customer groups (A/B testing). It's pretty easy to set up so no complaints there! In order to use it you need an account within their system but otherwise not much is required besides setting everything out in advance - which isn't too difficult once someone from the team has walked through how things work or at least given some guidance as they get started using this tool themselves. We've been able test various prices by groupings such as tier 1 vs 2 etc., then also do A B tests between those same products where only certain customers are seeing them.
