I purchased 8 of these retrofit lights in October 2020 and as soon as I installed them one flickered, I thought it would go out but eventually they all deserved it. flickers randomly. I did not call the company immediately because I had a death in my family and it was related to COVID. I finally decided to call Sunco just to see if I needed to tweak anything or unplug and reinstall. I have to say I am sooooo impressed with this company. I wasn't expecting anything but they looked at my order and the gentleman said if you have a bad batch you will receive 8 new bulbs within 5 working days. Wow, in the days when there was no more customer service, I was amazed. I even offered to return the defective headlights and they said no, just dispose of them properly. 2 days later got new headlights. It helps because the company is a few miles north of where I live, I installed new lightbulbs and they work great. I know they won't flicker as they haven't flickered at all since they were installed 3 days ago. Today I ordered 4 more lamps to complete the upgrade of all the lamps in my house. I would highly recommend these lights, especially as the company stands behind their product if anything goes wrong.
