terrible product

It doesn't punch holes, which defeats the purpose, unless you have giant gorilla arms that can exert 100 pounds of pressure - in which case this fragile product could break, but it definitely won't punch a hole. Be careful before you buy as the company doesn't allow refunds on Amazon which is unusual - there should be a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I'm not even 1% satisfied. And now I'm stuck on this junk product that Amazon won't even take back
