Firmware update issues

My current complaint about this product is that it came with outdated firmware and I've made several attempts to update it every time to update it takes time. I did a factory reset and followed the instructions from Netgear support to no avail. I bought this product because I had good experience with Netgear products, but I didn't, may have to return it.
