The anchors appear to be made from quality materials although the serrated wedge surfaces could be rougher or deburred to better adhere to the masonry. Be sure to buy a tuning tool. When installing in a brick wall I've read posts that said they should go into the masonry between the bricks as the bricks have voids and can also easily crack from wedge forces. However, masonry is much softer and grainier than concrete, and perhaps a quarter of the dowels are not securely screwed into the holes. I would recommend blowing out the holes with air, maybe cleaning them with isopropyl alcohol and once dry applying a slow setting epoxy to the hole BEFORE installing the anchor. If you don't use epoxy and you have a loose anchor, it will be very difficult to remove or apply glue from the hole.
