Poetic makes the best cases you can buy, period! They're sturdy, stylish, lightweight and most important of all, they keep your phone safe and looking BRAND NEW! The Cobalt Blue, is one of the best colors to date. I also like Gunmetal, but it wasn't available for the choices of my particular phone. The kickstand has to be used a few times before breaking in but it will get a lot better. The kickstand is great in portrait and landscape positions. The cutouts are perfect and volume + - notches work flawlessly. The camera cutout is perfect, so you don't have to worry about laying it on its back.Having said that, I am disappointed, not with the case itself, because the case is great. It's just missing one important feature that I have grown to love and expect from Poetic. That is the screen protector. I believe it wasn't made because of the new, in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. I still think they could've made one because there's a couple of cases out there that did a good job with incorporating a thin film over the scanner area, into their screen protectors. They aren't perfect, but they work the majority of the time. If Poetic reads this, I'm begging you, to please incorporate the screen protector into these cases for the S20 Ultra. I don't know if you scrapped it because you didn't want a half functioning case and just decided to go without one or what, but I need YOUR Case, with a screen protector, that is fingerprint sensor friendly. I haven't found a screen protector yet that I've liked OR that can do the job your screen protector can do.
