Painful arthritis in my hands, knees and ankles made me neglect my feet this winter. I finally realized that if they took my socks off so someone could see my feet, I would get annoyed if they took me to the hospital. I used my new Amope foot file today and found it easy to use, quick and much more effective than a pumice stone. It's awesome. I highly recommend this product.
