The three year warranty in the description means nothing; WD won't do it. In May 2019 I bought a WD Red NAS drive from Revain. October 2019 hard drive shows unreadable sectors during copy operations. The disc has a factory production date of November 10, 2018. The description of this product on Revain's website lists a three year warranty. I tried registering the drive on the WD website and sending it in for a return but they claim it is an OEM unit and/or a 3rd party issue and the warranty has been voided.
