Cool device. This only works if the electrodes are in contact with the skin. You can't see the settings from the side as they're under your ear when the device is on. It comes with a remote control, so I rely on that for settings (and a voice to tell you which settings you're using). The device itself does not vibrate. It creates electrical impulses that feel like a vibration/massage when applied to the back of the neck. I can only tolerate the lowest massage settings, but I think part of that is in my head because I'm a bit scared of electrocution. I love the heat setting. It keeps you warm and helps relax your neck muscles. I also really like that it's wireless and very portable. I can't say I would buy it again but I've been using it since I've had it.
