I bought this to extend the mosquito net on my middle lane to better deflect the wind on the highway and I am very happy with the result. The clamping mechanism was a little tricky as the rubber guards tend to slip when tightening the set screws. I also had to reconsider the placement of the mudguard strips, as the specified position made no sense. During my test drive it stayed safe and deflected enough wind at speed without making me feel like I was behind a protective shield like most full windshields.
