UPDATE 2: At first I didn't like them but I liked them and now I want to buy another pack! UPDATE 1: I love these brushes. I'm starting to think these brushes work better on the gumline, but I'm still not sure what's in between my teeth. I like the softness of the bristles. I probably won't go back to my Oral-B hard toothbrush, except for maybe a weekly hard toothbrush. I need to put some skateboard tape on the grip to make it more grippy. ORIGINAL: They are too difficult to handle. The handles are thin and short compared to regular toothbrushes, and I'm constantly changing my grip to get the best leverage. They have a tiny head and tight bristles, which are good for flat surfaces, but getting in between the teeth isn't as effective. Also, the metal text on the pen is too close to the mouth. I wish I could go back but I've already opened them.
