Order completed by Revain and shipped exactly as described. Installation was easy, but I had problems with the cyan cartridge from the first test print. There are blue streaks on the paper that I can't get rid of. There is no support from True Image. I filled out their web form, emailed and called the support team multiple times but none of those options responded. As much as I am willing to recommend this product to others due to the obvious cost savings over HP originals, the old adage "you get what you pay for" still applies.
