Happy with cameras and DVR
Received as expected. Setup was pretty easy (I was prewired). The cloud app and DVR have been working well for the past two months. Also the time zone difference customer service was very helpful. I had a bad camera which we discussed via email. When it turned out to be defective, it was immediately replaced. The only problem I have is that the IR lights reflect my very light walls outside the house making it difficult to see at night.
