Ideal. Literally. Perfect especially if you have an athletic build. It's warm enough for a 35 degree frost with a t-shirt and is inexpensive. The downside is there aren't any deep pockets on the outside, but at least they're zipped so nothing falls out. Inside the jacket there are deep pockets on each side near the zip for things like gloves, phone etc. I bought all 3 colors. I hope this company will make more colors like white, green, blue and orange
