The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

After a few of months of using it as a substitute camera, I switched to using it as a phone and noticed the screen had some issues. Took it in for warranty work, and now the screen won't even register my touch. The display was changed by v=HfvEEU239P8, which indicates a factory marriage; nevertheless, after the replacement, the display stopped responding and even warmed up when charging. I intend to request a refund through the CPS Hong Kong service center.

Pros

Appearance. Easy to hold and operate. You can see the camera isn't fantastic by looking at videos on sites like YouTube. There seemed to be no additional advantages.

Cons

Systemic factors. Some programs won't be available for download or installation. The battery is decent in general, but I feel like it should be at least twice as powerful for the price of the phone. Android allows users to pause apps to prolong battery life, whereas iOS does not.
