These lids are a great concept but I feel they have some flaws. On one of my fermentations I kept getting Kahm yeast that needs oxygen and I thought I had used all the oxygen. So I took out all 4 of my jars and used the pump on them. Without air, they would be difficult to inflate, but they were all easy to inflate. In short, the rubber stops that are supposed to hold air did not do their job. I will finish these enzymes but I will also take out 4 jars daily and make sure there is no air EDIT: I replaced a nipple in the lid that seemed to be losing air and now it works fine. All 4 caps hold air as they should. I endorse this product
