, I am currently 8 weeks postpartum and in the meantime need maternity clothes and my normal clothes again. I didn't want to invest a lot of money in clothes for this "season" of my life because 1) I'm losing weight slowly but steadily and 2) I'm still drooling all over my body. These shorts are PERFECT; Having a baby on hand all the time means pockets are NEEDED for my phone, keys, lip balm, etc., and elasticity is another requirement, although I still carry the extra weight. A note: the material is thick, but the white is still a bit see-through. I've attached a photo - not exactly lewd, but I wouldn't wear them in public unless my shirt slipped under my butt OR I became a commando (and god bless you if you have a smooth, cellulite-free butt around to do this)!For the record, I'm currently 5'5, 185 pounds and have ordered XL.
