Very soft to the touch extremely sticky
I used them on the edge of a melamine shelf that I use as a desk. Melamine has a very sharp edge that can hurt your wrist. Those were great additions. I put them on the top front edge where my wrists rest and they are very comfortable. It would also be great on the edge where you can bang your head or in the corner where you can smash. The glue is VERY sticky and a little tricky to apply unless you fold back one side, attach only one edge to match the inside corner and then let the other side apply the glue.
