I like that you can use it with other applications. I don't like the way the UI looks when using G Suite. It's very confusing, and I have trouble finding things. Also, the support doesn't help me much at all. They make it hard to find answers or contact them directly. I wish they would update their documentation. It's almost impossible to figure out how to do things. G Suite should be a package of apps that are easy to use together. This allows us to use more than one app from G Suite without having to purchase each app separately. I like how easy it was to set up alerts, reminders, etc. It's not perfect but we've been able to use this product effectively and have no complaints. The support team has been very responsive when issues arise. We're using this as part of our workflow with multiple projects at once. This allows us to stay organized while also being alerted if there are any changes or updates needed.
