I like that they are very professional, friendly to work with as well in terms of their customer service skills for handling any issues or concerns you may have during our project implementation process. Their knowledge base was excellent - not only did we get quality information but it came at an affordable price point compared other vendors out there who were charging us $1000's more per month just so much content! They also had great resources available online which helped save time looking up things ourselves when needed/needed assistance getting answers from them directly via phone call would be nice though if need arises. We used level5 technology group because my previous employer decided after several years working together (and paying monthly subscription fees)that he wanted all his data off site hosted by someone else instead doing everything himself internally through email etc...level five provided me access back into those emails since i am.
