I give 5 stars because I can't use it but not because of the product. The big problem here is if you have a Q-See system. The case fan is a 60x15mm fan. So far, so good. Now the problems begin. After I cut off the glue holding the fan in place (which is why I didn't peel it off before ordering) it turned out that the fan was 5v and not 12v. It also uses a larger connector than most 5V fans. This fan is very hard to find. I'm glad mine still works a bit. I had to order elsewhere to find the right one. I got lucky as it took me an hour to track down this product as most of them are in use. You have 2 options here at Revain. At first, you can just choose a 5V 60x15mm fan, but you need to connect the old header to the new fan. While the second Revain does sell an ADDA fan which probably has the correct connector as it has the same power and 2 wires, the fan is 25mm thick instead of 15mm. This fan has more airflow, but it is not suitable for the installation space. You can get it working if your NVR has a gap by removing the mounting plate that came with the NVR and then drilling holes where the fan meets the case. Neither solution is the easiest, but will work. My NVR is QC8816, yours may use the same or different fan, it's not the same model or if it's a DVR instead. Similar model from Butmif NVR, probably the same fan. Genuine ADDA AD0605LX-D90. Much luck!
