The pan is fun for cooking. It worked great for cooking noodles and beef tonight. Just the right size. Heat was even. The handle on the lid is high enough that it is easy to grip. You can rest any spoon/spatula on the handle. The spatula that comes with the pan is made to settle into the handle of the lid. It has a strainer that can be used for easily cooking pasta. The pan has 2 different pouring spouts on each side. One side is narrow and the other somewhat wider for pouring off liquids. The pan is lightweight and easy to handle. The handle is metal and would get very hot in the oven. I haven't tried the pan in the oven yet. Food did not stick to the pan. Leftovers slid out real easy. Clean up was the dishwasher.Came with a couple recipes we are looking forward to trying in the near future.
