The best thing about this software was that it provided us with all of our requirements to follow up by legal departments at companies we were working with! I disliked how complex some aspects can be (e.g., HIPAA).

It would have been great if they had more in depth information available online regarding their products' functionality as well so employees could learn without having someone from MCS help them out when needed/desired via phone call or email service center etc.. This product has helped my department greatly because now there are no questions left unanswered due to lack of knowledge between different parties involved within an organization's environment.
