Am I mad about that?!

I started drinking this meal replacement shake about 2 days ago, cookies and cream which I really like (some reviews said it tasted bad). I've used meal replacement shakes in the past with reasonably normal results and haven't had the reactions I'm experiencing. For some reason I react very badly to this topic. I mix 2 scoops with 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk as directed. I eat no dairy, no sugar except fruit, no coffee and very little grain. Forgive my frankness, I can hardly rule that out. I am so bloated that my abdominal area is elongated and huge. Terrible headache, joint pain, nausea, dizziness, flu-like symptoms. I am significantly heavier than when I started and I feel terrible. I'm not entirely sure if this product is the only one causing my reaction, but I'm sure it makes a huge difference. I wanted to lose weight, not gain! I drink 12-14 glasses (8 ounces each) of water and green tea (with some caffeine). I eat light, get lots of fiber and avoid many things that interfere with this process. I don't understand why this is so difficult for me. I plan on finishing the container to the end unless the discomfort and pain increases, then it may not work. The manufacturer is excellent in my experience. However, for some reason I am having a terrible time with this product. I am willing to listen to others as I tried to post a question about this in the questions section and for some reason my questions are not being posted after several attempts. What am I doing wrong?
