Love this backpack! My Quaker got used to it after the first few adventures. It's perfect for short trips - I wouldn't leave it there for more than an hour or two. I wish there were more options to add another perch or a water/feeding plate. I had to pierce the mesh so the water plate stayed inside and didn't spill all over the place. I don't really use the metal plate that comes with it - I use paper towels, close the soft pad at the bottom and change the paper towels after each use.
