This Walker CalCat is approximately 1/4 inch shorter than the OEM catalog. I have an aftermarket pipe before and after the cat so I can adjust it with no issues. There will be installation issues for other Miata NA owners with stock OEM pipes. Also you will need two new gaskets and stainless steel bolts and nuts to install these to ensure no exhaust leaks. It is well made and backed with a reasonable warranty and at 50 states legal smog, it's a good price. However, if you don't know what you're doing, this isn't an ordinary bolt-on replacement, you can do it yourself.
