Fast and convenient temperature control and timer
This was my first foray into an induction hob. It's not ideal as it turns on and off a bit, but it's pretty fast and gives you great temperature control. No more water bath to melt chocolate! The auto shut off after 60 minutes is a good safety feature. Attention: Only works with magnetic pots!
