Works and fits perfectly! The existing vents were removed from the bearing block with scissors, a small soldering torch with a knife used to heat and press in the new plastic rivets and installation was a breeze. The only issue we had was that the stock cigarette lighter and charging port are different types of brackets and one fits perfectly tight while the other was loose because it's very difficult to remove without breaking/bending the clip . I have no idea why Dodge did this, but we found out.
