Review on 💻 New 2020 Apple MacBook Pro Intel Processor (13-inch, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD Storage) - Silver by Jason Cox

This is the first time I am posting a review and I am very disappointed in Amazon. Actually I've been a main member since 2016 and I go from amazon almost every week. This is the first time I've been very disappointed. The package arrived 1 week late on UPS's guaranteed delivery date. I ordered a new MacBook with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD but got 8GB RAM and 256 SSDs, probably an old MacBook. I left the laptop open for about 40 minutes and set up all the necessary steps and it just blinked a few times and automatically turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I charged the laptop but it didn't respond. I called amazon tech support and a gentleman tried to help me but it didn't work and he connected the call to apple store to export and finally this person asked me for the serial number and after checking the serial number said he said it wasn't 2020 16gb ram, laptop with 1tb ssd, then i checked the laptop box and it says 8gb ram, 256gb ssd. Due to Covid 19 all my classes are online so I tried to work with whatever I had but it wouldn't even turn on. It's so frustrating. I finally decided to return it and get windows from a better buy.
