Missing Parts Best in Portable Audio & Video

Could have been 5 stars. The stand should come with 2 3/8" screws and 2 5/8" screws. This one came with 3 3/8 inch screws and only one of the longer ones. I can't properly attach the base with just a 5/8" screw. I am trying to contact the manufacturer.
